Bardstown Bourbon Company is cutting back production to one shift at its distillery in Kentucky. The distillery's parent company, Lofted Spirits, has been involved in a gender discrimination lawsuit. Last February, former VP of human resources sued the distillery and its former president, Peter Marino, alleging gender discrimination and retaliation. In March, the company countersued for breach of contract and sought an injunction to stop more unlawful disclosures of BBC's confidential information.
