Bob Bakish is set to step down as early as Monday morning ahead of the company's quarterly earnings that afternoon. Paramount's controlling shareholder and executive chair Shari Redstone is unhappy with some of Bakish's recent strategic moves. Bakish doesn't like the idea of a deal with David Ellison's Skydance.
