A man fired a gun at a woman's car in Tarzana, Los Angeles on Friday (May 1). The suspect, 35-year-old Markeith Cungious, was arrested at the scene. He was booked on suspicion of discharging a weapon and possession of a weapon in connection with an assault with a deadly weapon case. Chris Brown's new album is scheduled for release on May 8.
